Zapier Agents are AI agents that carry out tasks across the apps connected to Zapier, driven by natural language instructions. Using the Call an agent action, one agent can call other agents that work on their subtasks independently while the main agent combines the results. Since October 2026 Zapier is moving Agents into AI by Zapier, an AI step in the Zap editor, where agent-to-agent calls are built with Sub-Zaps. There is a free Agents plan, a Pro plan and Enterprise.
