HappyRobot
Platform for AI workers in logistics and operations
HappyRobot is a platform for AI agents that act as “AI workers” handling calls, emails and messages in operational processes such as freight brokerage, dispatch, appointment scheduling or collections. Agents are built in a visual workflow builder with branching and parallel execution, through a REST API with SDKs, or via an MCP server from development environments. Channels are voice in more than 30 languages, email, SMS, WhatsApp, Slack and Microsoft Teams. According to the vendor there are more than 200 integrations with file systems, CRM, ticketing and ERP. All agents in a company share a common knowledge database; we did not find a documented handoff of tasks between agents, but several agents can be connected through workflows. Customers include DHL Supply Chain (hundreds of thousands of emails and millions of call minutes per year), Kuehne+Nagel and Naturgy. The company is based in San Francisco, was founded in 2022 and raised US$ 150 million in August 2026.
