Cognigy.AI
Agentic AI platform for customer service
Cognigy.AI is the NiCE Cognigy platform for building and running AI agents for customer service across voice and chat. Agents are configured as personas with jobs inside flows and can use knowledge stores, tools and MCP. With the AI Agent Handover Node, one AI agent hands the conversation to another AI Agent Node or flow, which then executes it. It targets large contact centers, including setups with NiCE CXone, Genesys or Amazon Connect. Licensing is contract based and counted in billable conversations; Cognigy does not publish prices.
