Claude
AI assistant from Anthropic with Research and Claude Code
Claude is Anthropic's AI assistant for web, desktop and mobile, complemented by the coding tool Claude Code. The Research feature follows an orchestrator-worker pattern: a lead agent plans the research and spawns subagents that explore different aspects in parallel. In Claude Code the main session delegates tasks to subagents with their own context window, tools and permissions; the experimental agent teams coordinate several Claude Code instances through a shared task list and direct messaging. Claude targets individuals, teams and enterprises; there is a free plan plus Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise.

- DeveloperClaude Agent SDKThe Claude Agent SDK exposes the agent loop, tools and context management of Claude Code as a library for Python and TypeScript. Agents can read and edit files, run commands, search the web and spawn subagents for subtasks; hooks, permissions, sessions and MCP servers are built in. It was formerly called the Claude Code SDK. Use is governed by Anthropic's Commercial Terms, while the Python package itself is MIT licensed. For hosted agents Anthropic also offers Claude Managed Agents, where one agent can coordinate others (multiagent, beta).View profile
- AI assistantsChatGPT (Work und Codex)ChatGPT is OpenAI's AI assistant; ChatGPT Work is an agent that completes tasks across apps and files, and Codex is the coding agent. ChatGPT Work and Codex can run subagent workflows by spawning specialized agents in parallel, for example on a direct request in chat or as instructed by AGENTS.md or skills. Custom agents are defined as TOML files with a name, description and instructions; built-in types are default, worker and explorer. ChatGPT agent mode itself, by contrast, is described by OpenAI as a single unified agentic system. Plans are Free, Go, Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise and Edu.View profile
- AI assistantsGrok BotGrok Bot is a beta product from SpaceXAI (xAI), available since August 11, 2026, in which each bot uses its own cloud computer, signs into the user's tools and completes multi-step jobs. Several bots run in parallel with their own jobs; they can independently message each other, share context in threads and pass work between themselves in group chats. Bots remember conversations and can save demonstrated workflows as routines that run on a schedule. Access is available to SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus and SuperGrok Heavy subscribers, Cursor Pro, Pro+ and Ultra, and Cursor Teams; Enterprise via waitlist. For developers, the xAI API additionally offers the beta feature Multi-agent Research, in which a leader agent coordinates 4 or 16 agents.View profile
- AI assistantsKimi Agent SwarmKimi Agent Swarm is a feature of Moonshot AI's Kimi assistant for large, parallelizable tasks. An orchestrator sets the strategy and assigns tasks to up to 300 subagents that work simultaneously without predefined roles; a single task can involve more than 4,000 tool calls. The feature currently runs on the Kimi K3 model (K3 Swarm) and produces code projects, data analyses and Word, PDF and PPT documents, among other outputs. Agent Swarm is labeled beta and available in the paid Moderato, Allegretto and Allegro memberships; swarm tasks consume several times the credits of a regular agent task.View profile
